Return and Refund Policy
In the event that the item that you have purchased from Piston Graphics is not what you expected please take a clear photo showing the fault (if more than one photo is suitable please supply them) and email to info@pistongraphics.com.au with details of the fault so that we can get a comprehensive impression of the fault. Also supply your name and date of purchase. We will examine the information supplied by you and advise what action for you to take. Should the item be of faulty workmanship, or, not to design, or, poor print quality, or, poor adhesion we will re supply a replacement item at no cost to you once we have received the faulty item back and have examined it verifying the fault.

Piston Graphics uses Australia Post for its deliveries. In most cases standard delivery will be used in either envelope or satchel form. Deliveries by Australia Post usually take 5 business days (Piston Graphics does not guarantee or take on any responsibility for the performance of Australia Post). WHEN ORDERING PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED.
We will supply a tracking number in the case of a satchel being used so that you can track the delivery progress via the Australia Post web site tracking area. We can use Express Post through Australia Post however this will incur extra charges which you will have to pay for (we can advise pricing on a case by case situation). Express Post is an overnight delivery to most Australian Cities, add an extra day for major regional centers and a third day for smaller regional areas (Piston Graphics does not guarantee or take on any responsibility for the performance of Australia Post).
