The Piston Graphics ‘Touring Pack’ is designed to enhance a special occasion such as a group traveling en-mass to a destination or a similar event, showing solidarity and providing a lasting memento for long into the future.
The ‘Pack’ consists of a high quality tee shirt and 2 decals. Our tee shirts are very durable , pre-shrunk and double stitched, various colour options are also available. The decals can either be exterior or interior (for attaching to the inside of glass) or one of each.
The design of graphics or manipulation of existing artwork if required is included in the ‘Pack’ price. *conditions apply
Return and Refund Policy
In the event that the item that you have purchased from Piston Graphics does not meet expectations please take a clear photo showing the fault (if more than one photo is suitable please supply them) and email to info@pistongraphics.com.au with details of the fault so that we can get a comprehensive impression of the fault. Also supply your name and date of purchase. We will examine the information supplied by you and advise what action for you to take. In the case of returning the item/s please use an Australia Post pre paid satchel, standard delivery, this will be in general for apparel such as tee shirts (the cost of the post bag will be refunded to your nominated bank account once the fault has been determined to be the responsibility of Piston Graphics). Should the item be of faulty workmanship, or, not to design, or, poor print quality, or, poor adhesion we will re supply a replacement item at no cost to you once we have received the faulty item back and have examined it verifying the fault.

In regards to our tee shirts with images that have been applied by us, these shirts are to be washed inside out, DO NOT PLACE A HOT IRON DIRECTLY ONTO THE IMAGE/GRAPHIC ON THE SHIRT.he image applied to the tee shirt is of garment quality plastic applied using heat, a hot iron or something similar will destroy the image. In this case Piston graphics will not take any responsibility for the damage. TEE SHIRTS CAN BE IRONED INSIDE OUT with no damage to the image.

Piston Graphics uses Australia Post for its deliveries. In most cases standard delivery will be used in either envelope or satchel form. Deliveries by Australia Post usually take 5 business days (Piston Graphics does not guarantee or take on any responsibility for the performance of Australia Post). WHEN ORDERING PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED.
We will supply a tracking number in the case of a satchel being used so that you can track the delivery progress via the Australia Post web site tracking area. We can use Express Post through Australia Post however this will incur extra charges which you will have to pay for (we can advise pricing on a case by case situation). Express Post is an overnight delivery to most Australian Cities, add an extra day for major regional centers and a third day for smaller regional areas (Piston Graphics does not guarantee or take on any responsibility for the performance of Australia Post).
